12 Days to Get Your Online Biz Booming: Day 10

what-is-your-mindsetYour mindset is the foundational element of a booming business. Without a proper one, your journey will be a major struggle. Success will probably seem to be just beyond your grasp. You can research, study and implement the latest and greatest marketing strategies; however, unless you have the right mindset about yourself and your business, you will only achieve a certain level of success in your business.

Most entrepreneurs neglect this part of their business; consequently, they struggle without knowing the reason. Perhaps you did not know that when you became an entrepreneur, you also automatically signed up for personal development lessons. You may have already done an enormous amount of work on yourself, clearing away the shadows. But which shadows remain that are interfering with business growth? Where do you know or sense you need to develop yourself next to build a strong business? The following questions may help you to answer that:

  • Who do you need to be and how do you need to develop to bring about greater potential?y
  • Who do you have to become to manifest this vision, to be seen and heard in the way you desire?
  • What patterns are you repeating that you would like to shift?
  • What personality traits need to be developed?
  • How do you get in your own way?

Consider journalling about each of the above questions.

Commit to your own development as though your life depends on it. If you do this, you will become the powerful person that you are meant to become and you will draw in all you want and need in business.

This kind of internal exploration can be intense. The hardest work is the digging that us requires to let go of old consciousness structures that are no longer serving you–the patterns of thinking that get in your way.     You have hit the core here. Without the correct mindset, we can go round in circles. Now this is one of my favorite topics because I’ve been working on mine for a long time and still do when I hit a brick wall with myself.

    There is ALWAYS room for improvement with ourselves. When we cannot overcome it ourselves, it is time to reach out for a coach, mentor or even a therapist. Our mindset needs to be positive!
